Heat pump wasn’t running right, Joe made time in his busy schedule to come in the evening and cleaned it like it’s brand new. Amazing service and he even gave me some tips for easy preventive maintenance. He didn’t try to sell me, he explained that my system is older, and when we are ready, he will help us install a new unit. Highly recommend Charlie’s.

Joe is amazing very honest He could have easily talked me into a new furnace but offered me options so at the time I chose to just make the repair but I won’t call anyone else when the time comes to replace and if my wife will sign off add some cold air

Joe did a great job on my house furnace and heat pump. I got a really good deal so I was worried that maybe something was missing, but it works perfect and it looks great.
